This is a fun matching hands-on activity working with 2D shapes. Pupils can cut out the little flags and stick on the blank task cards. <strong>For small group or one-to-one activity</strong> Lay out cards that have the same value but different combinations of coins. Ask pupils to match the cards that add up the same amount and elicit what coins were used on each card. E.g.
